All-Points Home Inspection Services LLC is owned and operated by Karen Swanson, who always strives to provide a superior, personal home inspection experience for all clients.  Karen has a demonstrated passion for buildings and understanding the structure and interconnectivity of their systems, a passion that was initially awakened through the process of designing and personally building her own home in Vermont.  In addition to a 20-year career in management, Karen has done home remodeling work, specializing in kitchens and bathrooms.

In addition to these experiences, Karen has been extensively trained as a home inspector, graduating from Inspection Training Associates, the nation's pre-eminent training program for home inspectors, and has passed the National Home Inspector Examination administered by the Examination Board of Professional Home Inspectors.  She is a certified by the National Radon Safety Board as  a Radon Measurement Specialist (NRSB 7SS0048).

Karen is an Associate Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors, the industry's leading professional association, and an Affiliate Member of the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors.
